HouseGenie was conceived from a simple belief: buying or selling a home shouldn’t require mandatory intermediaries, and it shouldn't be complicated to do yourself. We hold this belief to be reasonable and achievable. In pursuit of this belief, we created structured tools that help buyers and sellers build offers, generate the right paperwork, manage disclosures, and move through transactions with confidence. All without having to rely on agents who charge unreasonable commissions, operate with fiduciary biases, and overcomplicate the real estate transaction process.

For decades, residential real estate has been expensive and fragmented with commission-heavy models, scattered paperwork, confusing timelines, and a process that often feels gated behind insiders.
